Q) A few settings that needs to be enabled in phone's Developer settings to run the autommation, if available (if they're not available, then you can ignore these steps).

  Setting 1:
  1. In phone settings, go to the developer option.
  2. go to the last option called –> Disable Permission Monitoring –> enable it. (See below image)

  1. In phone settings, go to the developer option.
  2. Enable all the highlighted options in the below image.

  2. Disable all the highlighted options in the below image.

NOTE: If still automation is not able to start, Then if you have any other restricting setting related to installing apps via ADB in those developer settings, please disable them as well. It could be something like "Verify apps over ADB" or "restrict apps installation from external sources", etc etc.
